Welcome to this Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation session designed to relax the body, and harmonize your chakras so that you can then drift off into a restful sleep.
Yoga Nidra is a process of allowing the body to move into a space of deep sleep while the mind remains awake, conscious, and quiet. Yoga Nidra means Yogic Sleep, and while distinctly different than meditation, it can include meditation, visualization, and other relaxation techniques, as this session does.
This practice invites us to leave the waking state of existence, move past the dreaming state and enter a space of deep sleep while remaining awake for as long as possible.
In this practice, we will begin with a journey of relaxation, by gently scanning the body to release tension and invite a state of complete relaxation. From there, we will move through your chakras, starting with the grounding earth chakra, moving through the 7 primary chakras in the body, and concluding with the soul star chakra.
Through this process and your intention, each energy center will be nourished and balanced, allowing the free flow of vital life force energy throughout your entire being.
As you surrender to the soothing guidance, you will experience a profound sense of alignment and harmony within. When the session concludes, you will be invited to drift off into a peaceful slumber, knowing that you have harmonized your chakras and set the stage for deep transformation to occur in your life.
