Resonance of the Heart - Guided Meditation

This meditation is the first in a 4 week series on Resonance. During this session, the invitation from Spirit is to drop into your heart and surrender to the magic of your own divine being. Surrender to the subtle (or not so subtle) vibration of energy, of true love that emanates from deep within your heart. Throughout this guided meditation you are invited to keep letting go and allowing yourself to experience the wholeness of all that you are beyond your 3D form. May you hear the call and take a moment to drop into the sacred essence of your heart.

This meditation was recorded live on June 10th, 2022 during a heart-centered session hosted by me (Khadíjih Mitchell-Polka). If you attend one of these live sessions, you may hear me say that they are a form of channeling or receiving intuitive guidance. The theme of Resonance helps to describe what I mean by this.
