Beginning with attuning to your sacred heart, then moving through a process of connecting your heart with Mother Earth below, spending a moment in silent prayer to our beautiful mother. You are then guided back into your heart, creating a conscious connection once more, before connecting your heart to Father Sky in the Cosmos above, spending a moment in silent prayer to our sacred father. Throughout the meditation, you have the opportunity to intentionally draw in the healing and divine energy of Earth and Cosmos to help clear away and release anything that is not serving your greater path at this time.
