Join Us for Radiant Heart Group Sessions


Radiant Heart sessions are a beautiful opportunity to pause, reconnect, and realign with the energy of your heart. Here’s what you can expect:

  • 60-Minute Meditations: Spend the majority of the session in guided meditation, followed by 5-10 minutes for community connection and sharing.

  • 90-minute Workshops: Dive deeper with a blend of contemplation, meaningful community conversations, and extended meditation.
